if that's an dslr, you should clean the censor (big dark blotch in the upper right quadrant of the photos), if its a point and shoot, clean the lens. Be very careful, if you dont know how to clean the sensor, take it to a camera shop or send it to the manufacturer for cleaning. It's not hard, but you can, if your not careful, destroy the sensor, or the curtain or both. . .

If appears that it was a smudge, I have taken a few more shed shot's in shed forum. And some of birds found in this forum, take a look but i cannot see same smudge after cleaning lens.
