Well it happened finally! After years of trying to draw as a resident I landed this tag. Just starting to get ready. I will be scouting and will be as well prepared as possible for the hunt. I am asking for any information from past tag holders on the unit. Where to start looking, where to camp, best access routes.

Any information will be highly appreciated.

I can help you out a little. The best thing about that hunt is the bucks you find in the late summer will still be close by when your hunt starts. My brothers both put in for that muzzle loader hunt this year, but neither of them drew. PM me so I don't forget to point you in the right direction.
