I recently played "Cabelas Big Game Hunter-10th anniversary edition" To put it simply, it sucks balls. The animals only have two modes, #1-run around in circles, #2 attack you. The gun selection is laughable, they start you out with a .30-30 for a Polar Bear hunt. The worst part is you can't even defend yourself without getting ticketed for poaching the animal.
I then tried "Hunting Unlimited 4" which was pretty much the complete opposite of the Cabelas game. The animals were much smarter, the weapon choices were much better. The graphics are better, their is many different places to hunt, and the challenges are range was really easy to very hard. Stopping a charging Grizz with a longbow ain't easy, let me tell ya......
So there ya go, don't waste the electricity needed to play the Cabelas game, but I highly recommend HU4. BOth of these can be purchased online, or "acquired" at the usual places.
