Never tried too much taking pictures through my spotting scope until recently. Any suggestions on whats the best way to get the best pictures? I bought an adaptor and honestly I think its a piece of cr+p. Do most of you use a adaptor or just hold the camera up to the glass? Any suggestions would be appriacated. Ive got a Swaro scope.

Check out the set-up the "Tines-Up" boys have on their web site. You can buy just the adapter or you can buy the entire set-up. Either way it works great!

Made my own adapt w/ plastic pipe fittings for my swaro.
Cost under $10 took less than 20 min. & works great.

I hold the camera up to the scope. Turn the Swaro down to 20x and let the camera zoom do the work.
