PIW deer tag

after having drawn 24 last year, my buddy drew a PIW deer tag with no points, lucky bastard. anyways, if anyone has any advice on a specific areas (im talking range not units), knows of a monster buck, or can give any advice as to where he should go let me know so i can pass it on. I have some good elk info for 222 for anyone willing to swap info. thanks guys for any help, hes going to need it on this once in a lifetime tag.
