Does one have to be a citizen of Cali for the signature to count?

Common sense would dictate that for it to count, a person would have to be a resident of CA. The reason for the person must list residence address.

It's California there isn't much hope left in the state unless you're on walfare,smoke crack,and recently snuck across the border. But hey, you can at least buy some weed to number the pain.

I'm sure Newsome and friends will view this petition as a badge of honor.

The funny part is that several liberal members of our state legislators is trying to talk Newsome out of putting his bill on the ballot for state wide voting. They fear it will be defeated and prefer to use the legislature to pass the laws. I guess those left wing liberals saw that CA. poll where the majority was for the right to possess firearms by citizens. Who would say our Democrat politicians have our back and support what the people want.
