Point Question

I have my 2014 Annual Fishing License and Habitat stamp but its still showing a charge of $881 for a nonresident deer and elk point. I thought we wouldn't be charged that amount if we held last years Fishing or Hunting license? Any input would be greatly appreciated before I move ahead. Thanks guys!

LAST EDITED ON Mar-29-15 AT 01:10PM (MST)[p]You were charged $464 for elk (cost of a cow application), which includes a $3 application fee, $0.75 search and rescue fee and $0.25 PEAC fee. You were charged $374 for deer, which includes the same three fees. You were also charged $10 for a habitat stamp.

You will get back all but the $6 of application fees and the $10 habitat stamp after the draw. If you did not have the fishing license, they would have kept an additional $80 ($40 each species) for your preference points.
