I was thinking about getting a powered parachute for scouting and hunting. Anybody here have any experience with these??? I have just started looking for one and would appreciate any input you might have...

I have a friend that uses one all the time. I am sure he would be more than glad to give you some tips or advice. Send me a PM and I will give you his contact informaton.
 
They are not ethical (in my opinion) for deer, elk, antelope scouting/hunting. However, they are a dandy predator control rig for us because of the recent influx of feral hogs and coyotes. I find mine to be very easy to shoot out of. It doesn't have any bars in front.

Purchase price 5k to 35k. depending on size, features, and N-number.
