Preference Points

Seeing as I cannot find this in the manual anywhere, I'm assuming you cannot do it.

Can you draw a tag as a first choice and then purchase 1 preference point after the season. Meaning that you can go into every season with 1 point even if you drew your first choice? Or can you only purchase a point during the draw?

LAST EDITED ON Feb-09-11 AT 04:29PM (MST)[p]No. If you draw your first choice, you will use any points you have. To get a point you either have to apply for one as your first choice or draw a tag as a 2nd choice. There is only one drawing so unlike WY, you cannot get a point after the drawing.

That's what I was thinking. Thanks for the clarification. At least I haven't been missing out on extra preference points.
