Wonderful send off dinner tonight for the in-laws. They have to head back towards Arizona now, and arrive in a couple weeks. Had the kids, grand kids, and baby great grandson over for dinner tonight. Did an entire sirloin roast for 6 hours at 200 degrees, fixed yellow squash, scalloped potatoes, cucumber and cherry tomatoes in red wine vinegar. We've got enough Stroganoff and French Dip meat for a week. Sure was good!!!
