Prong arrow rest

i was watching Addictive bowhunting or one of the major bowhunting shows on the outdoor channel a few days ago and this discussion came up. what was said is that a drop away is a good improvement but not always the most reliable due to the new bow speeds and not being able to drop fast enough all the time. they said prong rests are the best because you dont have to worry about the speed of your bow.

I shoot a prong rest and i absolutely love it. my friends went from a drop to a prong rest.

Don't pass on the first day if you would shoot it the last day
 
I know it's not always the case, but bowhunting usually follows target shooters. They are the best shooters in the world and I have noticed a lot of them still use a prong rest or a luancher blade of some sort.

So I'm wondering if a prong is more accurate? I just don't know, you guys might...
