Quick end to a good season

Was great to hunt with some of the future hunters.

That's just hunting for you. Sometimes it happens on the last day, sometimes not at all and sometimes in 45 minutes. With hunting you just never know when opportunity is going to come. Congrats on a nice bull.

Congrats, that's what I always wanted to do, fill my tag early and relax and enjoy everybody else's hunt, it's just never worked out that way for me

Congrats- usually a quick hunt means you did your homework and spent the time on the pre-hunt work.

Every once in a while it works out that way...and then I feel guilty about it! Until I remember all the scouting, time, effort, trail cam photos, range practice, long cold mornings in the stand, etc. and don't feel so bad at all!
