Recorded animal sounds

Just need a clarification, can you use Recorded animal sounds to hunt bears in Montana. This is how the proclamation reads.

Recorded Animal Sounds: It is unlawful to use any recorded or electrically amplified bird or animal calls or sounds or imitations of bird or animal calls or sounds to assist in the hunting, taking killing or capturing of any wildlife except predatory animals, MCA87-3-108


My question is in Montana do they consider black bears predatory animals

If they are listed under big game then they are probably a game animal

Usually if you have to buy a tag to hunt them they are not a predatory animal. Predatory would basically be for coyotes. I know thats how it is here in wyo.
