Redux...

..of my experimental country-style pork ribs last night. These were the ones I smoked for a bit, then finished in the crock pot with a tangy El Pato sauce mix. They were frozen by pairs in ZipLoc bags, so it was a simple matter to boil a pot of water & submerse the bag into it for about 5 mins. to reheat them.
