Do you think Republicans, now showing some unity, mittens excluded, should or would have enough spine ti pursue this.

The signed address delivered into Pelosi’s custody wasn’t hers to destroy. Behold the consequence:
18 U.S.C. § 2071(b)— specifically directed at custodians of public records. Any custodian of a public record who "willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys (any record) shall be fined not more than $2,000 or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States." While the range of acts proscribed by this subsection is somewhat narrower than subsection (a), it does provide the additional penalty of forfeiture of position with the United States.
Let justice be done.

Not going to happen no upside from the public outcry of her exercising her freedom of expression. If they can burn a flag, burning Trumps speech is a PR lark for the dems besides her party cheered her for doing it! Hey they planted fake evidence in the Russian collusion mess and it's still out there........the dems violate the law as a badge of honor.

Thats my thought about it also, too bad, would like 1 time to see a Dem. Pay for thier hissy

THAT was a very real and needed law before copy machines....word processors and thumb drives.....

Your right Homer its a LAW, one of those pesky things the Constitution requires being broken, before a president can be impeached. Nothing Trump did comes close to even this law, let alone high crimes and mistomeners......

What a Beyotch! Not sure if many have seen it yet but Pelosi was caught on camera putting little tears in the pages of the speech 35 minutes before she actually did "the big rip" at the end. This was all pre-meditated and choreographed not some spontaneous outrage.
