Rich County moose Poacher

I'll post this in the general forum as well. The DWR is looking for help catching a moose poacher.

Anybody recognize this arrow? It has initials burned into it.

I would think that several people would know this brand and the person and make a phone call. I'm sure the shooter is a little nervous at this point. Hate to hear about poaching, but once in a lifetime animals really hit a nerve. With wife and son sitting on 17 moose points it really hits the nerve!!!
