Back in the early 70s a bunch of the dudes in my barracks had had been to a BBQ party on the Kings River near Lemoore, CA. Very rural. Coming back I had to pee, so I pulled over did my business and waited for my friend Mike, he was driving an MGB/GT. Very short car.
I drove back to find him and he was pulled over looking for what turned out to be a cow he hit.
There was some crap on the bumper but crap from the top of the windshield to the back glass along with a smallish dent in the roof.
And no cow to be seen, no blood either.
