I had the upper arm come lose on my rip cord arrow rest while driving to and from my hunting area from vibration. The arm came completely off and was lost. I called rip cord and told the guy what I needed. Before I could say anything else, he took my address, and said it will be in the mail that day. Not another word said other than a big thank you. I was planning on paying for the arm.
I was very impressed with their service. BTW the arm showed up a day later.
 
That's why I went rip-cord just cause of the customer service being so good.
