Roads?

Who do I call if I see a 4wheeler or a truck, driving across flats (winter range) that aren't even roads. Just breaking trail just to get closer to seeing deer? I have yet to catch the jerk in action, but can plainly see the tracks in the snow. I have noticed it the past few years, but don't know what to do about it? The deer feed through the flats and jerks drive their vehicles through there? Any help would be appreciated.

Call local law enforcement if you see them. Try to get a license plate, even better. Just be aware you may have to go to court. IMO its worth going to court to slap those jerks.

What state? Unfortunately in Idaho it's perfectly legal in a lot of areas to do so.
