Rut?

I Was wondering if anyone had any info on when the whities are rutting around lusk? I would like to be able to go and rattle up a buck this weekend but do not know the time for it to work. IS it to early in the season for it to work? if its to late to rattle then when do the bucks start chasing does? any info would be greatly appreciated.

Rattling works best before the maturity of does cycle into heat. It works where the buck to doe ratio is favable and their aren't a lot of hot does. Where sex ratios are very good it can be productive for much longer periods of time. In that region I'd say now to about the 15 would be great.
