I will be hunting deer with a region D tag. I am wondering if you have to camp in a designated campground when on the national forest, or can you just camp in a good spot? Any info is appreciated. Thanks

You can camp for a max of 21 days in any spot on the forest. You MAY camp in a campground for a fee.
