Hey i am interested in hearing from those of you who own a savage weather warrior series rifle.Do u like it overall how is the fit finish feel etc.

Bearskull, I bought a Weather Warrior in 300 Ultra Mag. about 2 years ago. It shoots GREAT!! Groups at 1" or less regularly with the 180gr. Scirocco factory loads. I'm work'in on a handload with 150gr. Hornady SST's and IMR 4350 powder. Figure it to be a devastating deer load!! Fit and finish is just fine. The recoil reducer is a real "kick-tamer", but it's kinda loud when it's on. I would buy another in a heartbeat---It's a shooter!!!!
Bearskull, I bought one 2yrs ago to take on a hunt to Alaska, it is a very good rifle, a little on the heavy side for long walks. My rifle shoots very well, my best load is 71grs of IMR 4064 with a 180gr nosler blis. tip this load will shoot 3 shots under a quarter at 100yds. I would buy another savage anytime.
