Scope height

so i just purchased a remington 700 vsf (heavy barrel) and i'm thinking of putting a vortex crossfire 6-24-50 scope on it. i've had this scope sitting new in the box for over a year and was going to upgrade, but i think it'll do great on this .22-250. i'm curious if anyone knows if i could mount this scope in the dnz gamereaper medium height mounts and have enough clearance with the barrel?
