scoped muzzleloaders

LAST EDITED ON May-14-09 AT 08:33PM (MST)[p]anyone hear the details of the laws that were past within the last 6 months here in oregon that allows scopes on muzzleloaders for those with less than perfect vision.

i can see draw odds for the trophy muledeer muzzleloader hunts getting even worse

need a disabled hunter permit.

.......... muzzleloader only, except for visually impaired hunters who have a visual acuity of ≤ 20/200 with lenses or visual field of ≤ 20 degrees (a permit is required;
please see page 88).

Lol. I was just kidding. Although if I were disabled I would still like to be able to hunt and have some decent opportunities. I hadn't heard of this before. I will be doing some research for my grandfather who actually is impaired, so that is one more application you can account for.
