We will be down by the Blues. Hopefully not all of the roads have been closed. We have our normal spot but buddies say the deer aren't around yet like last year.

I had a friend tell me they are seeing them lower this year and they haven't see much up on the top,have seen more of them in the oaks at about mid level. Good luck hope you find some good ones to chase.

We are thinking they are lower right now as well. It was the 2nd week of July when they were down there scouting last. Hopefully this warmer weather will push them back up high again.

Last weekend they was still in that mid range don't know if they was headed up or down or was staying put, but it would be the first place to start looking.
They saw a few nice ones out around the mountain.They glassed a really good one high above Buckskin campground in the treeline,But said it was going be to hard to get to him so they are passing on hunting him for archery season.
