I was talking to a friend the other day and he was telling me how much fun he had shooting chukar in a contest. he goes on to say that the birds were hobbled so they could not run, fly only, I laughed at him saying that is not the ethical way of hunting chukar. he tells me they were hobbled so it was fair for everyone in the contest, I tell him the hunt is to test skill and not to be fair for everyone, hunting aint fair. he goes on to tell me that he kicked up one bird, fumbled with his safety, and shot, just to draw feathers out, again not ethical, who cares about points if you cant make a humane kill on an animal you shouldnt even take the shot..........to me this aint anything to brag about what you think..........

Man, that dude has no idea what hunting is about...
Taking away a chuckars legs is like shooting a beef cow out of the corral!!
The guy is really just shooting chuckars, not hunting...
And that is a very unethical practice, in my book anyway!!

A bad day hunting is better than a Good Day at Work!!
