Recently I've been seeing this pack on Ebay for less than $200 brand new. Pretty good price from it's MSRP. None of the other big name packs are discounted so much so what gives? Is this a great pack?
The packs you are seeing at discounted prices are the 2009 line...the new 2010 gear is currently shipping, so the older gear is being sold to clean out inventory for the new gear. For $200 or thereabouts, it's a steal.
