So, the guys over at SKRE sent me these Venture Flex pants a few weeks back and I was able to put them to the test last week on a backpack deer hunt. I'm not sure how many miles I hiked while wearing, but it was enough to give a good opinion.
They're very comfortable pants, as they stretch in all directions, so stepping over deadfall, sitting down in the tent, and squatting to pick up my pack or rifle comes with no stress on seams or skin.
Like other SKRE pants, they come with a rubber type band around the waste that keeps them in place.....no sagging. The vents on the upper legs are also nice to let out some of that heat generated when climbing hard.
Very nice gear! SKRE makes some real good stuff. I've been very impressed with everything I have.
