Slik Tripods

I just bought a new Slik tripod with the quick release and when it arrived it didn't have any extra mounting brackets. I called the company (B&H) that I ordered it from and they told me they can't sell the mounts separatly--which does absolutely no good to have a quick release when you can't switch from your binos to your spotting scope without having to remove the mounting bracket from your binos and reinstall it on your spotter... Question is, do you guys know of any dealers that sell these???? Or where I could possibly get one?

What brand of spotter do you have?

I have a Velbon PH157Q head on my Slik tripod and it is very easy to switch back and forth.

Little gadget saving tip for ya-

If you have a straight eye piece spotter, all you have to do is lay your bino's on top of your scope.
See something you want to look at, just simply remove the bino's, lift up on the handle of the pod and your target is already in the scope
