I am so upset at Swarovski Optics!
I sent my 20 year old SLC's in for repair 3 weeks ago and was told to expect 8-10 weeks before i see them again. They were missing both eye cups and the hinged objective caps were also ripped off and missing.
So not hearing a single peep from them for three weeks, not even a confirmation they had received them, i was getting antsy to contact them as i need to get scouting for my upcoming hunt. Well....today i was surprised by a box on my porch, and was in total shock to see my Swaro's completely refurbished and an invoice outlining all the repairs and a total charge that simply said "closed No Charge".
What???
Are you kidding me right now??
No phone call, no explaination on why i have "abused" my 20 year old pair of SLC's and why you are going to charge me $300 for repairs??
You just receive them, simply fix and completely refurbish them free of charge, really??
