The Meadow Valley Chapter of the Mule Deer Foundation (MDF) cordially invites you, your family, and friends
to its 2nd annual fund-raising dinner and auction. Enjoy dinner and a night of fun. Seating is limited and is available on a ?first come, first served? basis.

TIME: Doors open @ 5:00PM; Dinner @ 6:00PM; Auction to follow
The purpose of this event is to raise funds to support the mission of MDF; that is, ?to ensure the conservation of mule deer, black-tailed deer, and their habitat.? Nevada has been ravaged by wildfires over the past few years and mule deer need our help more than ever. Projects that were funded from our 2007 Chapter Rewards, in conjunction with BLM and NDOW are:
Shantytown Fire Rehabilitation Project-Elko County
Summit Project-Hays Canyon Aspen Restoration/Juniper Reduction-Washoe County
Roberts Mountain Wildlife Habitat Enhancement Project-Eureka County
Purchase of Laser Shot for NDOW in conjunction with the Chukar Foundation for the Hunter Education Program
Other projects that NV chapters have participated in include the Bighorn Sheep roundup, Antelope roundup, Rosaschi Ranch Fence Removal and Ranch Restoration, Robb Fire replanting, and Sagebrush seedling replanting on Peavine, and the Ellison Ranch Conservation Easement seed planting.
The funding for these projects will be made possible through the work of volunteers throughout Nevada. During the MDF 2009 fundraiser, a unique line of MDF merchandise will be available in auctions and raffles including:

MDF 2009 Rifle (Weatherby Mark V .270 Caliber)

The Mule Deer Foundation is a non-profit, 501c3 conservation organization and our dedication to mule deer and black-tailed deer can be witnessed throughout the West and as far East as Wisconsin with more than 80 chapters raising money for habitat improvement. Last year MDF raised more than 1.64 million dollars at our National Convention through the sale of Governors tags and raffle tags. This money will not only benefit mule deer, but all wildlife. SO PLEASE COME JOIN US FOR A NIGHT OF FUN AND HELP US HELP MULE DEER!!
