Wife just wanted Albertson's fried chicken tonight, after the realtor showed the house. Gave me free rein to have shrimp. I can do that!!! Old Bay seasoning, to the rescue.

Looks good. Did you pre-cook the potatoes before adding the shrimp ? and sausage ?

Yes. Pre cook spuds 15 min at 375, then add meats for another 10. Don't over cook the shrimp

Blank I will only be 3 hrs from you in Oregon once you move to Boi-Angeles. If you keep cooking these amazing seafood dishes you might hear a random knock at the door some seafood night............. LOL ?
