Wanted a nice spicy cold quiche for dinner tonight with leftover chicken. Peppers, onions, hash browns, lots of cheese, and bacon and sausage. The heavy cream should make it creamy. Yummy!!!. I thought it came out perfect for me!!
Pretty simple meal, but boy, it came out great tonight. The quiche, grilled chicken, fresh fried tortillas for chips with the guacamole, japs and salsa. Washed down with a couple Modelos.
