This sporting goods store is going out of business over here in murray utah. I was wondering why ? They got 50-70 percent off all leftover products you oughta check it out over there in Murray Utah the address is 5600 S 900 E by the way they had a bunch of fishing lures in there for 50-70 percent off they also had walls camo jackets dandy let me know if any of you have shopped at sports authority for your hunting later
 
I believe all of the sports authority's are shutting down. I know they are going out of business here in southwest Wyoming!!!
 
Played out here in colorado over the past few weeks. Nothing left but a few soccer balls from what I hear.
 
Maybe they're all shopping at sports authority which is why they're not responding?
 
Sports Authority announced 2 months ago that they were going out of business. They have been in dire straits financially for the last several years. They stared slowly with sales discounts at 10% - 15% off and gradually increased the discounts over the last 3 - 4 weeks.
It's to bad, they were a really good sporting goods store.
Waiting for a #####'s sporting goods to open in early 2017 in my area to fill the void left by the Sports Authority.
 
Getting a 250,000 Sq ft scheels here in 2017. The real question is what will we call our football field now?

Sports Authority was a real dud for quality gear, most especially for the hunter or backcountry user. I'm not sorry to see them gone.

I quit going there 20+ years ago here in Phoenix when they took out most of the hunting section and all the Taxi mounts that were in the store. I heard a joke on Sports talk radio that Dicks sporting goods was taking over the Stadium naming rights and its gonna be called Dicks Stadium ,named for John Elway.....LOL.................BULL!
