How hard is it to sight it in?

These are pretty easy actually.

Sight in at 20, throw a calibration tape on the dial, then move to 60 and dial until you're sighted in at 60. Then look at what the corresponding number is on the calibration tape and it'll tell you what sight tape to use.

Numbers at the top correlate to the small red #s on the calibration scale.
