I have a Swavorski spotter with the 20-60x eye piece. I would like to find an adaptor to fit my jvc camcorder. Does anyone know what the thread pitch is on the eye piece or can any one recommend a decent adaptor? Thanks!

I cant help with that, but I can tell you that if youre going to attach a camcorder to your scope you should also buy another tripod to support the camera. Just hanging it off the spotting scope and attaching it by the scope mount will not be very effective.

Good luck.. . .

Hey Tony,

How about for just a camera? I bought a new 80 Swarovski HD, and want to try taking some pics. I have an old Canon AE1, which used to take some good pics. Should I get a digital adapter and which camera do you recommend?

I love your pics and would like to gain about 1/2 your skills!

Hello Everyone,
Check out my website when you get a chance, I actually make an adaptor that would work for most of you. Unfortunately, the adaptor for straight spotting scopes is sold out, but I have a few left for those with angled scopes. I will have some more soon.

Thanks
