Anyone been down there? Goin next weekend just looking to see how it is.

it is dropping below freezing almost every night, the frost stays until about 9:00am and thaws really fast, by 11:00am water running down almost all the roads. Fresh snow today(Monday) and a lot of rain in the lower locations. Expect lots of mud and a large chance of getting stuck if you get off of any main roads. If you can wait 1 month for the snow to melt and the roads to set up that would be awesome. I went to my ranch on the strip last week (had 1 1/2 weeks of good sunny days to dry things out, not enough time yet) and people had completely torn the crap out of the roads when they were wet, ruts all over and any where from 3-8" deep in most places.
