First pic: heart along R side of board with large piece butterflied in foreground. Other pieces are rump steak soaked in milk for 2 days. 2nd: with plenty of mushrooms, onion, garlic. 3rd: served atop rice and cornbread! Best version ever I think!

Looks wonderful. I use red wine for my Stroganoff, and whites for my Alfredos and lighter cream sauces, just to get a dryer bite and little darker color.
