Got my stitches out this morning, so wanted to go balls to the wall on my car projects. that didn't work out, 'cause hand was still sore.
Decided to cook instead. Apricot, golden raisin, almond, wild rice stuffed pork loin. Since the oven was hot for the same length of time, I threw in a spaghetti squash too.
While waiting I figured I'd make a Bavarian creme fresh fruit pie for the girls. I'm feeling guilty about leaving them this week for AZ, and they will have to fend for themselves!!
