Swarovski 20x60 vs. 45x Wide Angle???

How big of an overall difference is there in the 45x wide angle lense vs. a 20x60 set on 45x? I posted this question in the optics section and didn't get a response--I'm sure someone on here has compared this setup???

LAST EDITED ON Mar-22-11 AT 06:16PM (MST)[p]I have a 20-60, but not a 45W..The only fixed I have is a 30W, and its a damn fine attachment, the eye relief and field of view is night and day compared to the variable, but does not replace the 20-60, I still like to zoom, and use it on 60x often.

But if you use your scope the pick apart a hillside, the fixed wide angles are awesome.

That said, I hear the new 25-50 (or whatever it is) can do the job of both..But I havent bought one yet to confirm it.
