Swarovski binos fogging

My SL 10-42 binos started fogging up on me this year, I was wondering if I could have rubbed the coating off with one of those spudz cleaning cloths, has anyone had this problem before or do you reccomend a good anti-fog to put on them?

get in better shape so you're not huff'n and puff'n when glassing. Breathe through your nose.

Try to keep them inside your jacket so they don't get too cold. The heat in your eyes will fog them if they are real cold.

Thanks for the input and some people should keep there mouth shut...They fog up when I am in my truck looking for animals.
