I was looking at buying that same case will it fit with the outdoorsman balance rail on ?

The 115 fits with it on there and I believe the 95 does too. It is a bit tight on the 115 but you just have to work with it just a bit to get it to go over it. There is enough play that it isn't putting much strain on the zipper either but you can definitely tell it wasn't made to go over it. I believe the case manufacturer actually says it does fit on their site, but I would double check just to make sure as it has been a while since I was researching this for the 95 and 115.
