I have a STS80 spotting scope and want to use my digital camera to take photos. My question is: Swarovski sells a kit to use with your digital camera. I currently have an Olympus 410 Stylus and unsure if it will work. If it doesn't what camera will? Mickeyelk

I don't know if your camera will work with a swaro adapter, I would call swarovoski.

by far most people digiscope with nikon coolpix models, which have a filter thread where they use a stepup ring to increase diameter then bond to a homemade sleeve of attach to store bought adapter set up.

I have a sony digital camera, and I made a sleeve that fit tight around the camera eyepiece housing and (nikon) scope eyppiece, and have got some good results.

here are some excellent digiscoping links

Great question! U beat me to it!

I picked up a Zeiss 65 spotting scope W/15-45X angled eyepiece this off-season. I would like to use my Pentax Digital Optio 33WR Camera to digiscope w/ the Zeiss. There is a Zeiss adapter but it costs several hundred dollars. I haven't called Zeiss yet, but plan to. I want to make sure the combination is going to work before I drop the $.

I know there has to be some serious MM digiscopers out there! I look forward to hearing what experienced digiscopers have to say about getting those close monster deer/elk pics!

Here is how you can tell does your digital camera have threads at the end of the lens so the swarovski adapter can screw on to the camera if yes it will work if no you are sol
