My question is, how do you adjust the width for wide eyes or skinny eyes. Also are they variable power.

They are 17 at lowest power and 40 at highest with incredible field of view!

I have a 2.5 pupillary distance and they work! Take eye cups off and its even better, The adapter has hash lines on front and back and you can move in and out to fit your eyes! There is a simple video on how to collimate them on you tube.
