Swarovski Warranty...

How long does it take to check things out? I sent my binoculars in over two weeks ago and have heard nothing yet. Anybody send their Swaro's in...how long does it take and what was the resolution to your problem? Hoping they just send me a new pair.

sent mine in a couple years ago and total turn around was about 4 - 6 weeks, if you call with the serial # they may be able to give you an update.?
