Tag reprints- delivered blank

Last week my Dad purchased a wolf tag and it was delivered blank. Could you please point me in the right direction to get it corrected? I know somebody posted about this but I'm unable to find it now. Thank you!

I'm stopping at Pocatello Fish and Game (right off the 15) on my way up to Unit 67. Don't trust mailing them...

They said they would reprint no problem.
