Take this survey! This is possibly our chance to make for better quality hunts south of the ditch! I was in favor of keeping our quality units as good or better, but also expanding them to other areas such as unit 5B or 10 even though it will mean less permits available. I think it would be neat if we had maybe two units south of the ditch that were managed for trophy class bucks much like the Kaibab.

Great survey! It seems like they have really listened to what we have been bitching about for a few years. I really like reducing the quail hunts as well. Hunting quail that are too immature in October is a mistake. October quail hunting is for rookies. The quail bust way to far out in that heat and it results in a lot of lost birds. I think its a waste to open the season that early.
