Take ten

LAST EDITED ON Apr-04-18 AT 09:10AM (MST)[p]Chaffetz is a tool and a quitter. If he had all these great ideas he should have done some of them on his watch.

1. Conflict of interest? Other than what Foxnews makes up most of the conflict question has been proven to not exist except in the minds of Trumpettes and various others who don't like their main man to be question or held to any standard.

2. Sessions already splained why there is one at this time.

3. Would violate the very foundation of three separate but equal co-branches of government. Judges don't get hauled in front of congress except during confirmation hearings.

4. If Sessions ignores a subpoena can congress compel him to act? I think the AG is under the Executive Branch.

5. Congress could do many things to secure the border.

6. Libby Schaaf? Do you really believe she would ever agree to testify? Under what circumstances and what would it prove? She would take the 5th Amendment at every question.

7. Zuckerberg is going to congress but are you certain you want Twitter to apply the same censorship to everybody? May want to discuss that first with the Tweeter in Chief.

8. The Budget process? This is number 8? Shows how far the conservatives have fallen in their priorities and their values.

9. Why would we need a balanced budget Amendment? That is simply a red herring because it doesn't do anything. How about just living within our means? If you want to cut taxes, then cut spending to offset them and vice versa. Simple concept. Instead we just cut taxes and increased spending, under the Republican controlled congress and White House. A balanced budget amendment wouldn't have changed any of that.

10. Trump appointees have been held up by Republicans as well as Democrats and Ole Mitch has it in his power to get them to floor for an up or down vote if he chooses to.

So Chaffetz is still a weasel and now is a weasel at FoxNews.

Government is like a baby. An alimentary canal with a big appetite at one end and no responsibility at the other.

Yeah I am not much of a Chaffetz fan myself. The dumb AZZ wants to give all federal land back to the state. Well at least his home state of Utah.
