Texas Governor ask for help????

I wonder if the Texas governor will accept the offer of help from the federal government, the same federal government he suspects is going to take over the state of Texas on July 15th??????
I watched his press conference this pm and he thanked all the republican governors for their offer of help. He did not thank President Obama for his offer. Lots of class.

Maybe this IPA IHOP Hunter has me a bit fuzzy, but wasn't Obama and the UN offering help? Obama is just playing his lame duck game. Since his foreign policy is a complete cluster ##### he is trying to rebound here at home. Expect many more "Medal of Honors" in the next year and a half.
