Several MM members advised me long ago that I would have to upgrade my lenses and perhaps my camera. I am not much of a photographer, but I have taken the leap by purchasing an 80D and a Canon 100-400 lens. I want to post up some photos, but do not want to give away locations, as with the GPS metadata available on cell phone shots. I would guess this is not a problem with the 80D (no GPS), but wanted to check to see if I am off-base. Is it safe to post my photos and not give up metadata? Rookie question, I know--but I am pretty old and entitled to a little slack in understanding the technology. Thank you, and good luck this season.
